Welcome to The Vision Leader’s Project
The Vision Leader’s Project is a charitable and educational youth development nonprofit committed to helping disadvantaged youth in Liberia rise above the barriers that too often stand between them and their future. We believe every child deserves more than the chance to survive they deserve the opportunity to learn, to be guided, to be encouraged, and to grow into a person of purpose, integrity, confidence, and leadership.
Through school support, mentorship, leadership development, character formation, and community partnerships, VLP walks alongside young people and their families, helping them build a stronger foundation for hope, opportunity, and a better tomorrow.
Our Work Focuses On:
Education Support
We help students with school-related needs such as tuition, registration fees, uniforms, books, school bags, shoes, copybooks, pens, and basic learning supplies.
Mentorship & Character Formation
We provide guidance that helps youth build discipline, integrity, confidence, responsibility, respect, and moral character.
Leadership Development
We help young people discover their purpose and prepare to become responsible leaders who serve their families, communities, and nation.
Family and Community Support
We work with parents, schools, churches, local leaders, and community partners to create a strong support system around each child.
For many children in Liberia, the cost of education can become a serious barrier. A uniform, school bag, pair of shoes, registration fee, or basic supplies can determine whether a child remains in school or falls behind. VLP exists to stand in that gap. Every child we support represents a future leader, a strengthened family, a better community, and a brighter future for Liberia.
